About The Position
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Shift Lead to manage customer transactions efficiently and accurately. The role involves operating a cash register and working in the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions, high-quality food, and customer satisfaction. The Shift Lead ensures shift tasks are completed and communicates effectively to provide customers with an outstanding experience. Candidates should be able to follow instructions and contribute successfully as part of the team. Previous experience is an advantage; solid math and multitasking skills are required.
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively resolve complaints.
- Solid multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work successfully as part of a team.

- Previous experience is an advantage.
- Manager certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Balance and assign cash registers.
- Conduct daily inventory.
- Provide great customer service.
- Communicate effectively.
- Process returns and refunds and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure cashiers upsell and provide great customer service.
- Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
- Ensure all food is of the best quality.
- Manage quote times.
- Ensure employees complete their assigned tasks.
- Ensure the store meets Wingstop inspection standards.
- Follow all company policies.
