About The Position

Pizza Hut is seeking a restaurant leader to build a team and develop team members through training, clear and consistent direction, and recognition of individual and team contributions. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, identifying and training crew members to deliver a strong customer experience, and creating an exciting, optimistic, and rewarding team culture. Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• At least 2 years of fast food or restaurant management experience with responsibility for achieving financial results.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to motivate and build teams.
• Ability to manage with minimal supervision.
• Flexible work schedule, including availability to work nights and/or weekends.
