About The Position

The Restaurant General Manager leads the restaurant team, drives strategic initiatives, and influences business success by delivering results and exceptional guest experiences. The role is responsible for profitability, hiring and developing employees, operational excellence, inventory, restaurant cleanliness, and a friendly guest experience with quality products. The position offers a performance-based incentive opportunity and opportunities to develop leadership skills and pursue above-store roles.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to support restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest receives a friendly experience and a quality product.
