About The Position

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In and part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a restaurant team, drive business results, and deliver a positive guest experience. The role oversees restaurant operations and profitability, develops and hires employees, and maintains operational standards. Compensation is an opportunity to earn $50,000–$60,000+ annually through a performance-based incentive program, paid weekly; higher earnings may be achievable based on restaurant success, and compensation is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory and labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests receive a friendly experience and a quality product.
