About The Position

The Dishwasher is a key member of the restaurant team, responsible for gathering, washing, and storing restaurant dishware and silverware, as well as large cooking utensils. The role supports a convenient dining experience at TravelCenters of America and provides excellent customer service to guests. The Dishwasher maintains equipment according to operating standards, prioritizes work based on kitchen and dining guest needs, and communicates effectively with leaders and co-workers. The position also involves following safe food handling, storage, waste control, and safety procedures, and reporting potentially unsafe situations. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
