About The Position

Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to work opening, closing, and other shifts, with particular interest in closing crew members who can work late-night shifts. This entry-level position requires no prior restaurant experience, and paid training is provided. Crewmembers are part of the Restaurant team and may take orders, process payments, clean restaurant areas, and handle or prepare food while providing quick, friendly service. The role offers opportunities to grow through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations; within the first year, eligible crew members can earn up to $1.50 per hour in pay increases. The initial starting pay is $14.00 per hour, and an additional $1 per hour is offered after 10 p.m., subject to the stated requirements and location variation.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
No previous Restaurant experience is required; paid training is provided.
Be a team player, an excellent communicator, happy, courteous, enthusiastic, hardworking, attentive, responsible, dependable, authentic, and genuine, and take pride in doing a good job.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and reach and grasp objects above the head and below the waist.
Be able to work late-night closing shifts if hired for a closing position.

Responsibilities

Provide Customers with quick and friendly service.
Take Customer orders and process payments efficiently.
Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant.
Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
Work with other Crewmembers and assist with tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service.
Show up to scheduled shifts on time.
Multitask and work under pressure at a fast pace.
Take initiative and comply with Company policies.
Balance working hard and having fun in alignment with Raising Cane’s culture.
