With annual sales of $37M+ and a team of 250+ employees, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences, strong brand partnerships, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. We are seeking Crew Members to work in high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast pace and providing excellent customer service. Flexible shifts and schedules are available. Full-time and part-time positions offered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Effective communication skills in English
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- An upbeat and friendly attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Provide great guest service
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and operational systems
- Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
- Prepare and deliver all products according to brand standards
