About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD, you help deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests by preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings in a welcoming environment. The role emphasizes fast, friendly, accurate service, quality and consistency, hospitality, teamwork, and creating a memorable experience for guests. Compensation is $20.20 per hour when combining a $15.45 hourly wage with average tips of $4.75 per hour earned at this location.

Requirements

No prior experience is required.
Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with coworkers and guests.
Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and teammates.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must obtain food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to provide a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
Share knowledge to support the success of the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
Welcome guests and engage them in conversation.
Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
Work closely with the team to create a positive MOD experience for coworkers and guests.
