About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests through fast, friendly service and by preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings. The role supports a welcoming, memorable restaurant experience and emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, food quality, and service during busy shifts. No experience is required.

Requirements

At least 16 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness and ability to demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with teammates and guests.
Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and the team.
Obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, high-quality, consistent execution.
Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for guests.
Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
Welcome and engage guests in conversation.
Maintain a service-oriented mindset and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
Work closely with the team to create a positive experience for Crew Members and guests.
