About The Position

The Restaurant Barback supports bartenders and restaurant operations by keeping supplies stocked, service areas clean and organized, and glassware ready throughout service. The role also assists with setup, breakdown, keg changes, inventory monitoring, and routine service needs while following food-safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and workplace-safety procedures. Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is a plus but is not required. The position requires reliability, organization, respectful communication, comfort with scheduled evening, weekend, and holiday work, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Candidates must meet the minimum age and licensing requirements for the role in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies.
• Keep the bar, storage areas, and service stations clean and organized.
• Wash and polish glassware and replenish it throughout service.
• Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and routine service needs.
• Remove empty kegs and assist with changing kegs, following safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and notify the manager when supplies are running low.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
