About The Position

Coordinates food orders from Servers at the kitchen line and effectively picks up and serves items ordered to each Guest table. Greets Guests with a friendly smile and uses suggestive selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of all food items including plate specifications, garnishing, and table numbering
  • Communicate effectively with Servers to time orders
  • Perform side service functions as required by menued items
  • Must be able to obtain all required work cards
