About The Position
As the Food Runner, you will hand-deliver food from the expo window to the appropriate table efficiently without spillage or damage. This job requires thorough knowledge of our food menu, table numbers and sections. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements
- Prior experience in upscale dining required.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Promptly deliver dishes from kitchen to tables with precision and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and servers to ensure seamless service.
- Engage with guests courteously, addressing any inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, assisting with table setup.
- Support team during peak hours, adapting to various tasks as needed.
