About The Position

DiBella’s is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the crew through shifts and help provide an excellent dining experience for guests. The role involves setting an example of friendly, upbeat customer service and motivating crew members. The company provides training; candidates should bring a positive attitude and previous restaurant experience. Day-to-day duties may include making subs, operating the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift responsibilities. The position offers a 45-hour work week: 40 regular hours plus 5 hours of overtime. There is no fryer work or alcohol service, and the role does not involve late nights or overnight shifts, though occasional nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Positive attitude and leadership skills to motivate others.
