New Balance is looking for a fellow who could support factory wage date analysis, updating our fair compensation blueprint and published case study. Additionally, this role will also support our efforts as we build and rollout our new sustainability reporting system towards meeting upcoming reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Support factory wage date analysis
  • Updating our fair compensation blueprint and published case study
  • Support our efforts as we build and rollout our new sustainability reporting system towards meeting upcoming reporting requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collection and analysis of supply chain wage data trends/progress
  • Drafting language towards updating our fair compensation case study and blueprint
  • Recommending language for internal and external communications
  • Assist in the building, testing and validation of new reporting system
  • Based on interests and time availability, the New Balance Team will also consider other areas or small projects where the fellow could support our Responsible Leadership team in either environmental or social sustainability.
