Requirements
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Technical fields or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a similar area.
- Fluent in English.
- Good command of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
Responsibilities
- Initiate, verify, confirm and follow-up outgoing orders
- Ensure customer and/or supplier support
- Manage a proper backlog follow up
- Deal with urgent requests
- Manage data input and ensure data integrity
- Manage master data update
- Ensure stock control
- Manage stock optimization on hand and avoid obsolescence
- Arrange urgent shipments on the most cost-efficient way
- Follow-up shipments
- Manage cost recharge to responsible suppliers
- Answer email/calls from suppliers and participate in meetings
- Check on parts, prices, stock, deliveries, forecast demands, book goods in transit
- Ensure reporting
