About The Position

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking exceptional current and aspiring math educators to join our Math Talent Pool & Leadership Fellowship. This opportunity is designed for strong classroom math teachers, instructional coaches, interventionists, department leads, dean-level instructional staff, aspiring assistant principals or principals, content experts interested in network-level impact, and individuals who may not see an exact opening currently posted but know they want to grow with Rocky Mountain Prep. We are intentionally building a community of math instructional talent to support current and future needs across our network. Candidates selected through this process may be considered for immediate openings, future vacancies, leadership pathways, or specialized instructional roles. This is not a traditional single-position posting — it is an opportunity to join a movement of educators committed to transforming math outcomes for students.

Requirements

  • Passion for educational equity and student achievement
  • Strong belief in rigorous math instruction for all students
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics
  • Ability to obtain appropriate Colorado licensure if required
  • Demonstrate Eligibility to Work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Previous math teaching or instructional experience
  • Demonstrated student achievement results

Responsibilities

  • Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned math instruction
  • Create engaging, inclusive, and joyful learning environments
  • Use student data to plan targeted instruction and intervention
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
