About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for special-response and flexible security assignments in Omaha, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Iowa. Duties vary by day and event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The role requires adapting quickly to changing assignments and situations. The schedule is full-time and on-call, with availability required for all hours, including overnights, overtime, and holidays. The position pays $21.65 per hour, and DailyPay is available. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive, strong problem-solving skills.
• Be available to work overtime and holidays.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa security license; GardaWorld will help with obtaining it.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
