About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Vandalia, Ohio. The role varies by day and special event and requires adapting to changing assignments, which may include customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The officer helps protect people and property by monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and working with authorities when needed.

The position is offered on multiple full-time schedules, all Tuesday–Saturday, Saturday–Wednesday, or Thursday–Monday, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly wage is $18.16. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.

• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a state license if required.
