About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Phoenix, Arizona. The role varies by day and special event, requiring adaptability across customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The officer helps protect people and property by monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and coordinating with authorities when necessary.

The position offers three 40-hour weekly schedules: 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday (two available shifts), or 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Compensation is $19.43 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements
