About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Goodyear, Arizona. This role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The officer is expected to adapt to changing assignments while protecting people and property and maintaining security.

The position offers several full-time schedules: Saturday through Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (32 hours per week); Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); or Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week). Pay is $19.43 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold an active Guard Card.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have strong responsiveness and problem-solving skills.

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
