About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer to provide security services that vary by day and special event. The role may include customer service, patrols, surveillance, monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to incidents. Officers must adapt quickly while helping protect individuals and property. The position is at a site in Goodyear, Arizona, with two schedule options: full-time Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week), or part-time Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (16 hours per week). The hourly wage is $19.43. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Must be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Must have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have a guard card.
• Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
