About The Position

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead and oversee its Respiratory Care department. The manager directs daily clinical operations, supports high-quality patient care, and fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The role includes developing a high-performing team and managing departmental operations, budgets, and resources. The manager also provides direct patient care as needed to support departmental operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy, healthcare leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Current respiratory care licensure through the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care.
• NRP and ACLS required within six months of hire.
• BLS required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree.
• Current or previous leadership experience.
