About The Position

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead and oversee the Respiratory Care department. The position directs daily clinical operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The manager builds and develops a high-performing team while managing departmental operations, budgets, and resources. The role also supports operational efficiency, exceptional patient care and customer service, compliance with professional accreditation, regulatory, and licensure standards, and organizational goals and continuous quality improvement through collaboration with interdisciplinary leaders. Direct patient care is provided as needed to support departmental operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy, healthcare leadership, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Current respiratory care licensure through the Kentucky Board of Respiratory.
• NRP and ACLS required within six months of hire.
• BLS required upon hire.
