About The Position

Crosswalk Health is hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple pre- and post-albuterol spirometry testing at primary care clinics in the Kansas City area. This is a 1099 contractor role with a flexible schedule of one to five days per week, Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Pay is $245–$300 per day. The role involves visiting local clinics, coaching and educating patients, administering albuterol when indicated, monitoring patients during testing, grading and uploading results for pulmonologist review, and maintaining equipment and quality and safety standards. The position offers clinical independence within a supportive, collaborative team and an opportunity to contribute to Crosswalk Health's effort to expand access to pulmonary diagnostics.

Requirements

Hold a current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential.
Have experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
Have knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
Be comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region.
Be available to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
