About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a nationwide Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) for a 100% travel position to any of their hospitals. This is a benefits-eligible opportunity with reimbursed travel expenses. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, with a preference for candidates with prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning. PAM Health specializes in caring for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care across its network of over 80 hospital locations nationwide.
Requirements
- Certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
- Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
- For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Prior inpatient hospital experience.
- A desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to current regional leadership by filling vacant leadership seats, such as Cardiopulmonary Manager.
- Assisting the Vice President of Ancillary Services with operational opportunities.
- Participating in new development projects as required.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested by the Vice President of Ancillary Services.
