Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) - $50/Hr. National Traveler
About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a nationwide Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) for a 100% travel position to any of their hospitals. This is a benefits-eligible opportunity with reimbursed travel expenses. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, with a preference for candidates with prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning. PAM Health specializes in caring for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care, operating over 80 hospital locations nationwide with more than 11,000 employees dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
- Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
- For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to current regional leadership by filling vacant leadership seats, such as Cardiopulmonary Manager.
- Assisting the Vice President of Ancillary Services with operational opportunities.
- Participating in new development projects as required.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested by the Vice President of Ancillary Services.
