This role involves working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients. You will assess the patient's cardiopulmonary status to develop, revise, implement, and evaluate a respiratory care plan. Additionally, you will identify and address the special needs, education and training of patients and families in outpatient settings.
Requirements
- Associate degree in respiratory therapy
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT, within 2 years of hire)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
