About The Position

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing Respiratory Therapy services, including the evaluation and treatment of patients, in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. This role serves inpatients, outpatients, UHS staff and employees, and affiliated UHS community groups. The position is within the Pulmonary Services department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital and is a full-time, .9 night shift role working 12-hour shifts from 7:30 pm to 8:00 am.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
• New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License
• Registered by the NBRC as a Respiratory Therapist
• CPR and ACLS Certification within 3 months of hire

• One (1) year experience as a Respiratory Therapist
