About The Position
We are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists with expertise in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Department (ED) environments. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in critical and acute settings. The unit is Respiratory Care in North Richland Hills, Texas, with staffing of 20 staff members. Staffing includes one charge therapist and one to two Respiratory Therapists on both the day and night shifts. The number of beds and patient ratios vary based on patient count. The dress code is black scrubs. Therapists work every other weekend, with no on-call duty.
Requirements
- ICU and ED experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
