About The Position

Auburn Village in Auburn, Indiana, is hiring Respiratory Therapists for full-time day shifts, part-time, and PRN day or night shifts. The position uses 12-hour shifts: 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m. The listed rate is up to $41 per hour depending on employment status and benefits selected; the salary description lists $37–$43.50 per hour. Night shifts receive a $4 per hour differential. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered for full-time or part-time employees, paid at $2.50 per hour until the maximum is reached. Mileage reimbursement is available for commutes over 20 miles round trip, up to 50 miles. The role is based in a skilled-care, family-centered environment and focuses on delivering excellent respiratory and patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program.
• Respiratory Therapy certification from the State of Indiana.

• One year of Respiratory Therapist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory plans of care based on assessments and standards of care.
• Support the facility’s goal of providing superior respiratory services.
• Assist in implementing a successful ventilator-weaning program.
