About The Position

The Respiratory Therapist administers pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic agents related to respiratory care procedures to carry out physician-prescribed treatment, disease prevention, pulmonary rehabilitation, or diagnostic regimens. The position includes assessing, observing, and monitoring signs and symptoms, general behavior, and physical responses to respiratory care treatments and diagnostic testing. This is a full-time role scheduled for 36 hours per week at Freeman Springdale.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of respiratory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy program with a diploma or AAS degree.
• Licensed by the Board of Medicine to practice in Arkansas.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist certificate.
• Current BLS certification or obtain it within 7 days of hire.
