About The Position

The Respiratory Therapist delivers competent, skilled care to patients and families based on their identified needs. Care is provided with a team-oriented approach, an emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment, and appropriate decision-making that takes evidence-based practice into consideration. The role is based at the Medical Center in Fort Worth, in the Respiratory Therapy department, and is scheduled for third shift with 36 standard weekly hours.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited two- or four-year respiratory therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required.
• Current license to practice in the State of Texas.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• If hired, maintain a primary residence within Texas and maintain all licenses and credentials required for the position throughout employment.
