About The Position

The Respiratory Therapist evaluates, treats, and manages patients with respiratory issues, providing specialized respiratory care to improve patient outcomes. The position requires night shifts from 6:45 PM to 6:45 AM and is available at multiple locations within the region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify respiratory care needs.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ progress and responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
