Respiratory Therapist - NICU
About The Position
This is a three-month travel contract for a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU at a 418-bed Short Term Acute Care facility in Portland, Oregon. The therapist will provide care in critical care and neonatal intensive care settings and float between units as needed. The schedule is nights, three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and block scheduling required. The position has a patient ratio of 1:15, and 48-hour shifts are approved. On-call work is not required. The role is onsite. An RT license, critical care experience, and NICU experience are required. The facility uses Epic for charting. Scrubs may be any color for general use; additional attire guidance is provided for specific departments. Parking is free.
