About The Position

Distinctive Home & Health Care is seeking a NICU Respiratory Therapist to serve at Fort Liberty AFB in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Requirements

• Associate degree.
• Graduate of a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) or the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
• Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• One year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex respiratory procedures with minimal supervision.
• Participate with physicians, nurses, and other staff in planning respiratory treatment, relying on knowledge of the equipment.
• Provide emergency or critical respiratory care.
