About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Respiratory Manager to direct and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department while providing direct patient care as appropriate. The role may also oversee ancillary services, including laboratory and radiology, depending on the hospital’s needs and structure. The position offers an annual base salary of up to $150,000 based on experience, skill set, and qualifications, with relocation assistance of up to $20,000 depending on location and distance from the hospital. Requirements
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) registry is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification is required.
- Three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) is preferred; it may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
