About The Position

The Manager of Wound Care oversees wound care staff and directs wound care service activities. The role includes recommending appropriate staff-to-patient ratios, serving as a liaison between staff and administration, promoting staff productivity, and developing and implementing policies, procedures, and accreditation standards. The position requires an RN license, current CPR certification, Certified Wound Specialist certification, and at least five years of nursing experience. Three years of wound care supervisory experience with increasing responsibility is desired.
