About The Position
The Nursing Supervisor supervises and coordinates patient care for the nursing units. The role includes problem-solving, ensuring adequate staffing, monitoring employee work performance, providing appropriate feedback about performance and behavior, and interpreting, implementing, and enforcing hospital policy. The Nursing Supervisor assumes responsibility for nursing administrative decisions in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, if applicable, and performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The position is at PAM Health's Stoughton Specialty location and is a full-time night position. The posting lists a pay range of $50.00–$65.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Two years of medical-surgical nursing or equivalent experience is required.

- Long Term Acute Care or rehabilitation nursing experience.
- Management-level experience.
