About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Respiratory Manager at its Stoughton Specialty location. The manager provides direct patient care as appropriate and directs and supervises the Respiratory Therapy Department. Depending on hospital needs and structure, the role may also oversee ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology. The position offers an annual base salary of $95,000 to $150,000, based on experience, skill set, and qualifications. Relocation assistance of up to $20,000 may be available based on location and distance from the hospital. Requirements
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) registry is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification is required.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities is required.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) is preferred; it may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
