AdHoc is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to lead and evolve the company’s internal operations across business management, finance, HR, and technology systems. This role sits at the center of the organization-- partnering closely with leadership, creative, production, and partnership teams to ensure the business operates efficiently, sustainably, and strategically as we grow. This role requires a highly organized and proactive operator who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, creating accountability, and helping creative teams do their best work within a strong operational foundation. The Creative Operations Manager will oversee company operations, people operations, financial management, internal systems, and operational infrastructure while helping shape the next phase of growth for the agency.
