Requirements

  • Two years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Routes calls or work tasks based on forecasted and real-time volumes and available resources.
  • Identifies potential conflicts and proactively resolves resourcing issues.
  • Establishes and maintains open communications among all internal and external vendor contacts.
  • Integrates new and existing technologies into workflows and communicates to appropriate individuals.
  • Analyzes impact, prepares internal partners for change, and creates/updates documented procedures.
  • Supports resource planning and scheduling processes and projects as directed by managers.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
