About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and managing resource planning and scheduling functions to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency. The Manager will provide strategic direction, develop staffing plans, and analyze data to make recommendations for improvement. This position plays a key role in coordinating resources across business units and ensuring service delivery meets client needs. Requirements

• Minimum of five years related work experience
• At least two years of operations experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Graduate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew, providing guidance and training, setting performance standards, and making compensation decisions.
• Provides strategy and direction to supervisors and crew focused on resource planning & scheduling needs, and reviews/audits unit forecasting and planning processes.
• Makes recommendations and decisions regarding staffing strategies based on skillsets, work routing, reporting, and monitoring of daily department activities.
• Coordinates sharing of resources across business units and departments, reports on resource utilization and service delivery, and analyzes data for trends and improvements.
• Analyzes and recommends improvements to workflows and processes, negotiates resolutions to understaffing, and offers alternatives for excess staffing periods.
• Develops and implements staffing and operational plans, including contingency and disaster recovery planning, and participates in the development of short and long-range goals.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
