Luster is seeking Resource Managers for future hiring needs supporting large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative delivery methods. These resource managers coordinate staffing across programs with multiple concurrent task orders, tracking assignments, roll-off dates, and staff availability to ensure work continues on schedule and within budget. This posting is for future opportunities rather than a currently available specific role. Candidates selected for the talent pool will be notified first when a project need arises. The role develops and maintains personnel schedules and resource utilization plans, forecasts staffing needs against projected workload, coordinates staff transitions, and monitors labor hours and utilization against budgets. It also includes coordinating field assignments around transit operating constraints, verifying staff qualifications and site access, preparing resource and utilization reports, supporting task order startup and closeout, and maintaining accurate, auditable resource management records.
