Resource Manager

Luster National•Washington, DC
•$80,000 - $160,000

About The Position

Luster is seeking Resource Managers for future hiring needs supporting large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater, delivered through traditional and alternative methods. Resource Managers coordinate staffing across programs with multiple concurrent task orders, tracking assignments, upcoming roll-offs, and availability to help keep each segment and contract package on schedule and within budget. This posting is for future roles rather than a currently available opportunity. Luster accepts applications and interviews candidates in advance of upcoming hiring needs. Selected candidates may be placed in the company’s talent pool for this specialty area and notified first when a project need arises. The role includes developing and maintaining personnel schedules and utilization plans; forecasting staffing needs; coordinating assignments and transitions; tracking labor hours and utilization against budgets; confirming staff qualifications and access; preparing resource reports and dashboards; supporting task order startup and closeout; and maintaining accurate, auditable resource management system records. Some assignments may require coordinating field staff around transit operating constraints, including track access windows, work-hour restrictions, and station and yard access. The expected salary range is $80,000–$160,000 per year ($38–$77 per hour). The company states that compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and geographic location. The posting describes the benefits available, with specific plan details and coverage to be provided upon offer.
