About The Position

RH is seeking a Residential Trade Leader to grow and lead the interior design trade business within its Gallery. The role calls for a polished, discerning leader with refined taste and a strong personal style who can deliver a first-class luxury experience to clients and teams. The Residential Trade Leader builds and inspires a team dedicated to serving the interior design trade, partners with the Gallery Leader on business strategies, and oversees trade projects of varying sizes and scopes. The role also represents RH in the design community and helps strengthen the company’s trade business across Galleries by sharing learnings and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting.
• Results-driven, with a proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire a team.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to learn from mistakes and seek constructive feedback from colleagues and leaders to improve results.
• Commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to read and understand floor plans.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and a current driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state.

• Grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery.
• Build, lead, educate, and inspire an effective team dedicated to servicing the interior design trade.
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business.
• Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope.
• Learn and communicate RH’s design point of view and product assortment.
• Represent RH at design community events and through consistent networking.
• Stay current on local and global design publications and industry trends.
• Support RH’s growing trade business in other Galleries by sharing learnings and best practices.
