About The Position

RH is seeking a Residential Trade Leader to grow and lead the interior design trade business within an RH Gallery. The role calls for personal style, a polished appearance, refined taste, and a discerning eye for luxury. The Residential Trade Leader attracts and retains talent who share high personal standards and a passion for luxury, and delivers first-class service to clients and teams to create a luxury experience. The role also represents RH’s vision, values, and beliefs and supports the brand’s interior design trade business across Galleries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting.
• Results-driven, with a proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire a team.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to learn from mistakes and seek constructive feedback from colleagues and leaders to improve results.
• Commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with the Mac operating system, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to read and understand floor plans.
• Clean motor vehicle record and a current driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Live RH’s vision, values, and beliefs every day.
• Grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery.
• Build, lead, educate, and inspire an effective team dedicated to servicing the interior design trade.
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business.
• Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope.
• Learn and communicate RH’s design point of view and product assortment.
• Represent RH at design community events and through consistent networking.
• Stay current on local and global design publications and industry trends.
• Support RH’s trade business in other Galleries by sharing learnings and best practices.
