Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and person-centered support
- Organize therapeutic and recreational activities that encourage socialization and personal growth
- Communicate and collaborate with clinical teams to support each individual's treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and behavioral observations
- Help create a safe, structured environment while supporting each person's journey toward independence
