About The Position

Residential Group Home Supervisor / House Manager Position $23.00 / Hour. We are looking for an experienced Residential Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a residential home. The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring that the home is maintained and managed according to the highest standards. Acme Provider's mission is Individualized Growth & Support for our Individuals. We are looking for the rare person who is able to manage a household of unique individuals needs and preferences with the support of excellent DSP's. We are looking for an exceptional Full Time Residential Supervisor. Someone who is a good team member and leader. You would make a difference in the lives of adults with Intellectual Disabilities. We are located in the Greensburg / Jeannette area.

Requirements

• 2 years work experience working as a House Manager / Team Leader, Residential Manager in the IDD Field.
• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass required Clearances / Criminal Background Checks.
• Must completed initial orientation training and Program Specialist orientation.
• Must have a Physical and TB test completed upon hire.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Providers Team members.
• Supervise staff and ensure they are performing their duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the budgets and finances for the home and develope strategies to reduce costs
• Schedule and coordinate events at the home, such as parties and other special occasions
• Ensure home is clean and properly maintained
• Maintain and update records for the home, such as maintenance logs and inventory lists
• Handle administrative requests in a timely manner
• Implementing the ISP's as written, coordinating and completing assessments.
• Facilitating regulatory requirements for ODP licensed homes
• Required to be weekly on call for your required home, and weekend on call rotations as needed
• Other related tasks as per ODP compliance.
