About The Position

The Residential Supervisor is a full-time position on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), working 80 hours per pay period. This role also requires flexibility for occasional meetings with varying working hours. The position is located at the Main Campus 4300/4400 in Napoleon, OH.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication, computer and writing skills
• Excellent attendance record and performance evaluations
• Must be able to drive Filling Home Vehicles
• Must be willing to swim with residents, as needed

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience working with DD population

Responsibilities

• Assigns responsibilities for resident care and IHP programs to all Direct Support Professional staff.
• Orients, supervises and evaluates work performance and other personnel issues of all Direct Support staff.
• Schedules DSPs within the assigned living unit to ensure resident safety, supervision and quality services.
• Assists the QIDP in monitoring IHP goals, programs and related services.
• Review and monitor documentation on Care Tracker.
