Residential Services Associate (RSA) PM Shift - Behavioral Health Center
About The Position
Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) with 197 beds, dedicated to providing rehabilitative treatment for individuals recovering from illness. The Administrator emphasizes a focus on recovery and rehabilitation. The facility boasts one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry, fostering a family-like atmosphere. This role involves assisting the clinical team in providing non-clinical care and services to consumers/patients, including supervision and encouragement with grooming, maintaining a clean environment, and engaging patients in activities. The RSA may also assist with facility health programs and participate in care plan conferences.
Requirements
- Experience with the memory care and mental health population.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED).
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- CNA training is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
